Matcha latte can be prepared not only with cow milk, but also with nut milk, rice milk, soya milk, and even with juice. So, how to make a matcha latte or ice matcha latte?
First of all, you need to prepare the matcha shot. It’s easy, just do the same we told you about matcha tea preparing, but use 2 gr of matcha powder with the 30 gr of 80 degrees water. Then heat up any milk: cow, nut, rice, soya, and so on. Use a special steamer or electronic whisk to whip up the foam. Pour the foamed milk into a matcha shot. It would be better to stir matcha while infusing milk, but it’s not necessary. Almost the same point when you make an iced matcha latte. Although, put the ice in a glass, then pour here iced milk, and pour the matcha shot in those iced milk. Enjoy your healthy drink!
